We recently wrote story on how Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer Tarrus Riley was set to perform in Uganda come December this year. The “Gimme Likkle One Drop” singer confirmed his performance and it will take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala on 1st December, 2017.
The 38 years old will fly with his band Black soil for the concert, which many Ugandan reggae music lovers will throng and will fill up-to capacity to have the best of reggae and dancehall.
Tarrus will perform in the country after the likes of fellow Jamaican reggae stars Chronixx and Morgan Heritage gracing the country. The organizers are still tight lipped about the details of the concert but an official communication will be made soon.
So far the official curtain raiser for the Tarrus Riley event is Uganda’s legendary reggae singer Maddox Ssematimba with concert tickets will go for 50,000 ordinary, 120,000 for VIP and 3 million for VVIP
