South Korean consumer electronics giant Samsung is set to launch its flip phone. According to an online report, the company will unveil the device to be sold exclusively in Asia on August 3.
As spotted by PhoneArena, a Twitter user shared a poster of the upcoming Samsung flip phone. The poster is an invite to the event in China, where the company will unveil the device.
According to earlier leaks, the smartphone carries the code number ‘SM-W2018’. For specifications, the flip phone can be termed as a high-end model as it is said to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with the processor of 6GB RAM, the flip phone will reportedly come with an inbuilt storage of 64GB.
The flip phone will have a 4.2-inch full-HD display. The secondary display is on the outside on the flap so users can still view the content on the screen even if the flip phone is closed. It may come with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. On the battery front, the with 2300mAh battery.
